How to make the tea:

1. Sift
   Use the stainless steel sifter to sift 1–2 scoops of matcha into the bowl. This prevents lumps and ensures a smooth blend.

2. Scoop
   Use the bamboo scoop (chashaku) to measure the matcha powder accurately.

3. Add Water
   Pour 60–80ml of hot water (about 75–80°C — not boiling) into the bowl.

4. Whisk
   Using the bamboo whisk (chasen), whisk briskly in an “M” or “W” motion until the surface is frothy and creamy.

5. Rest & Sip
   Place the whisk on the holder, admire your creation, and sip slowly — mindfully.

6. Rinse & Store
   Gently rinse each tool with water (no soap for bamboo), pat dry, and store for next time.
